Terms of service

1. The service

AI Studio Platform ("we") operates AI creative studios under various domains (each a "Studio"). A Studio lets registered users generate images, video and music from text and reference media, store the results and share them. These terms apply to every Studio we operate.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials private. One person may not run more than one account on a Studio to obtain free credits repeatedly.

3. Credits and payments

Generations are paid with credits. Credits are bought as one-time packs or granted by a subscription each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps the current period's credits. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use a Studio to create content that is illegal, that infringes someone's rights, that depicts real people in a misleading or sexual way without their consent, or that is designed to harass, defraud or harm. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and in the results you generate, to the extent the law and the model providers' terms allow. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to run the service. Public sharing links are visible to anyone who has the link.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Models, prices and features change over time; generation can fail, in which case the credits are returned. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the generated content.
